Our philosophy is simple and direct. We work to minimize downtime caused by equipment failure by providing comprehensive service and maintenance programs designed to maximize efficiency and to prolong uninterrupted productivity.

For the past eighteen years, we have specialized in providing repair and support, exporting our technical services. Wordwrap provides comprehensive on-site service agreements in support of PCs, MACs, all models of printers and Network support. As an Apple Authorized Service Provider (AASP), Wordwrap offers on-site repair and consulting on Network Infrastructure to many school systems in Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Maine. In selected areas, we provide pick-up and delivery. We offer mail-in service with rapid turn-around.

Printer repair services – Wordwrap provides on-site repair services on all makes and models of production printers (including HP, LexMark, Okidata, Epson, Genicom, Printronix, IBM, Tally, Zebra, Unisys, and others).

Network Upgrades, workstation replacements, disaster recovery planning – Wordwrap offers evaluation and analysis of Network performance and reliability, and provides a full range of product and service.

Incubator space, warehousing, artist lofts – by association with a related company, we have space available in a 300,000 square foot mill building in Sanford, Maine, with spaces range in size from 2,000 sf to 100,000 sf at rates starting as low as $2/sf.

Packaging and Automation – by association with another company, we offer a full range of flexible film product used in packaging and consulting on automation and logistics of packaging process.
